Best Household Products from Azure Standard

Azure Standard products are free of toxic chemicals and they actually work! Check out my top 5 list of the best household products from Azure Standard. This list includes things like laundry supplies and cleaning supplies.

Azure Standard is known for organic and high quality bulk food options. But, did you know they also have an entire line of products for cleaning and maintaining your home?! With their high standards and consideration for clean and good-for-you ingredients, their household product line is no exception! In addition to their own line, they also carry several other non-toxic brands that offer incredible products.

I also feel like it is worth mentioning that we have some very sensitive skin in this house and we have zero issues using any of the products I am going to mention below. Additionally, this is not an Azure sponsored post. I am just sharing these products to get the word out about non-toxic products that actually work because we all know that is half the battle when switching over to non-toxic.

Best Dish Soap from Azure Standard

I absolutely love the dish soap from the Azure Clean brand. They have several different scents made from essential oils like citrus, lavender, lemon verbena, and even unscented. You can purchase quantities as small as 16oz. all the way up to a 5 gallon bucket.

I cannot tell you how many non-toxic dish soaps I have tried and severely disliked… a lot. My biggest test to pass for a dish soap is how well it removes grease from dishes and this soap does not disappoint. We do not have a dishwasher and wash everything by hand so we really put this soap to good use and it works great! I personally have tried both the citrus and the unscented version and find them to work exactly the same.

Best Stain and Odor Removing Spray from Azure Standard

I used to be a die-hard Shout user. I swore by it and thought I would use it forever. Obviously we already know where this is going… I have been converted to die-hard Azure Clean lover now. Same brand as the dish soap mentioned above. This stain spray is dual purpose because it is also an odor remover as well! Once again, it can be purchased in a small 32oz. bottle or up to a 5 gallon bucket (and several medium sizes in between).

This spray is probably different than other stain removers you have used because it works with enzymes. The enzymes work to dissolve stains and odors from deep within fabric to eliminate them for good… this is starting to sound like an ad. I promise it’s not, I really just love it that much! My family (myself included) sweats a lot, I mean a lot! We have always had to spray armpit stains on shirts. This spray works just as well as that Shout used to… maybe better, honestly.

Best Laundry Detergent sold through Azure Standard

I have tried so many laundry detergents while on this journey to eliminate all the nasty chemicals from my home. I have even dabbled in making my own detergent, shredding down bars of soap and all. My favorite from Azure Standard is the Country Save Laundry Detergent in powder form. It is available in small and large sizes (50oz., 100oz., 40lbs). I started with the smaller boxes, and have since sized up to the 40lbs bag and store it in a 5 gallon bucket.

We live on a homestead and we get dirty! This laundry detergent never has any issues keeping up with grime removal. It comes with a small scoop to perfectly portion out the amount for each load. It might also be worth mentioning that we are on a well and have pretty hard water. We have no issues with our septic with this detergent. Additionally, for the loads I wash on cold water, I typically swoosh around a scoop of detergent in a cup of warm water before adding it to the machine. I believe they recommend doing this as the detergent dissolves best in warm water.

Best Oxygen Powered Bleach from Azure Standard

You’ve probably heard of Oxi Clean. Country Save makes a non-toxic version sold through Azure Standard. I finally restocked our jars of this stuff and I am so glad I did. As mentioned earlier, we are a sweaty family. I’m sorry if this is gross but I have to share… I noticed our white sheets looking dingy and I couldn’t figure out why. Then I remembered we were out of the Oxygen Powered Bleach and hadn’t been using it for several weeks. After two washes, we are back to bright white sheets again!

This powder also comes with a scoop for easy portioning. Unfortunately you can’t buy it in bulk like most of the other items we’ve discussed. It comes in a 2.22lbs bag. This is also safe for septic tanks if you have one of those. We have never had any issues.

Best Hand Soap from Azure Standard

The last product I want to share is the Azure Clean Hand Soap. It is such a smooth feeling soap. It is not super foamy or bubbly as you wash, but man this stuff works! Like I said, we live on a farm and constantly have dirt under fingernails, just dirt all over, really. While I won’t say that it is anything revolutionary, it is non-toxic, made with good and safe ingredients, and it actually works… that’s a win in my book!

Similar to the dish soap, there are different scent options like citrus or unscented, all made with essential oils. I personally buy the unscented and add a few drops of my own essential oils. You can buy small sizes or bulk with sizes ranging from 16oz. up to 5 gallons. I love the 1 gallon size as it comes in an easy-to-pour bottle with a nice spout.
